
Evil Dead: The Game – The Upcoming Multiplayer Title Has Now Been Delayed. Due May 13
The upcoming multiplayer and co-op team based game has now been delayed from its original February release and is now set to release on May 13th. The reason for the delay was mainly due to the game needing more time
This announcement comes from an official post over on Twitter, which read the following…
”Hey Evil Dead fans!
When we set out to create a brand new game worthy of the Evil Dead franchise, we knew it had to be groovy as hell. In order to deliver the best possible experience, Evil Dead: The Game is now coming on May 13, 2022.”
The team also announced that there will be more news regarding the game next month, possibly at the upcoming Playstation State of Play event. This announcement is likely to hold new information regarding pre-orders and a brand new trailer.
Evil Dead: The Game is based on the film series by filmmaker and actor Sam Raimi. The game is also said to include characters from the show such as Ash Williams (voiced by actor Bruce Campbell) and Kelly Maxwell (voiced by actress Dana DeLorenzo)
Evil Dead: The Game will be releasing on the PC, Switch, Playstation 4, Playstation 5, XBox One, and XBox Series X/S on May 13th, 2022.
