Naruto has been teased in an upcoming Fortnite update which will be arriving this November 16th, though aside from that nothing else is known about this next update.
Fortnite has been announcing many iconic characters as of late, with the most recent addition being both Jill Valentine and Chris Redfield from the Resident Evil series. This included many costumes and weapons, so one would assume the same thing for Naruto.
It would also seem that after many months now Fortnite has finally stepped up its game, with Naruto not only being released as part of an upcoming update. However, this also marks the first time an anime character has been announced as being part of the game.
This announcement came from a rather brief Twitter message by the team over at Fortnite
Though brief, it does confirm that this update is referring more to Naruto Shippuden, which is the sequel to Naruto and was originally aired back in 2007. So with this one would assume that any costumes we got would be more Naruto Shippuden related.
Fortnite is available now on PC, Nintendo Switch, Playstation 4, XBox One, XBox Series X/S, Playstation 5, and Smartphone.
