After being announced and teased back in September 2020, the team over at Santa Monica Studios has now announced the official title of their next game, alongside that we also get our first real look at the game.
God Of War 2021 which was what the original title of the game was being referred to, given that the game was scheduled to release this year until it then got delayed. Has now been given an official title of God Of War Ragnarok. The team also confirmed that this game will indeed feature Ragnarok and the Norse gods of both Odin and Thor.
We also got information as to who will voice the character of Thor, that being actor Ryan Hurst. Despite the rumours of Red Dead Redemption star Roger Clark being cast for the role, the team over at Santa Monica has now confirmed that Roger Clark will not be voicing Thor. Saying that Ryan Hurst was a better suited candidate. Ryan Hurst is known for his role as Harry ‘Opie’ Winston – Sons of Anarchy and Chick Hogan – Bates Motel
Sadly there was no release date confirmed for God Of War Ragnarok but we did get our first look at the game, which managed to show us a much older looking Atreus and the return of Mimir and Freya, with the latter one still carrying a grudge from the events of the last game.
