Here is a simple quick and easy guide on how to find all of the Dragon Veil Shards in Chapter 5, Normal / Hard Difficulty.
Remember if you end up missing a Shard or two then you can always replay the chapter using the machine back at the Mart. For the most part finding these shards is not that difficult, however for those still struggling then below is a simple guide on how to find each one.
