FNAF Secret Of The Mimic – The Foxy Theater Walkthrough

FNAF Secret Of The Mimic

After the chase with Big Top over on the FNAF Secret Of The Mimic rooftops. We now find ourselves back in familiar territory. Back in the main area with the Dispatcher trying to, once again, get our attention. Seems that our next task is to, first, search the Workshop before heading over to the Foxy Theater. Are we going to be part of a stage performance? Lets find out..

MISSION TO THE WORKSHOP IN FNAF SECRET OF THE MIMIC

Feel free to gawk at, what appears, to be the remains of Big Top. As its mechanical body lays across the remains of the fallen staircase. Now inactive and motionless. To think that it was chasing us not that long ago..

The Dispatcher will also be trying to get our attention at this point, so feel free to leave the area. It will take us to familiar territory. So enter the Security Room and interact with the intercom to speak with the Dispatcher

The dispatcher gives us advice on heading to the theater

Apparently the system was ringing with alarms and alerts. Was he worried about us? Yeah, right.. He will also congratulate us for unlocking the ‘Creator Permission’ upgrade earlier. Before mentioning another Upgrade Station over in the Theater. But before all of that feel free to inspect the computer terminal next to you for a look at the map. We want the Workshop next

However, just before the Workshop is a room. Next to one of the collectibles we got earlier (Sharppay Plushie). Inside here is another collectible (Ranger Army Knife). It’s also rather dark in here too. Anyway feel free to store that once you find it and let us continue on. To the Workshop!

WE NEED A NEW SUIT

Once inside the Workshop you can relax. Though it may look like a terrifying room to be in with so many puppets on display. Its actually safe. For now.. Anyway make your way over to the end room with the big brown doors. Alternatively, you can also search this current area. Get a good sense of it and its various doors and paths. We will be doing a lot of exploring in this room in just a few minutes.

Anyway once you are through these large brown doors go into the back room to find Mrs. Helpful. Feel free to speak with her. She will mention the Demonstration Room and that we need the Director’s Suit to be able to continue on with our search. So lets make this suit.

Before heading to the theater we need to make a director's suit

In order to be able to do that we need to interact with the computer terminal behind us. Then choose the option to ‘Start Assembly’. This will, then, force the crane in the room to reveal a suit for us. But there is a problem. On closer inspection you will notice that this suit is missing quite a few parts. Including its head, arms and both of its legs. Hm..

SEARCHING FOR SUIT PIECES IN FNAF SECRET OF THE MIMIC

To find these missing suit pieces we must explore the Workshop. All of the missing pieces can be found in the Workshop. However, once you enter the room again you will quickly find out that we are no longer alone. The Mimic has returned. So we will be doing our search for these missing parts whilst the Mimic searches for us. The good thing is though, is that the Workshop has plenty of toy mice boxes that you can use for distraction purposes. Also, every time you exit the Workshop the Mimic will despawn. This room, with the suit, is in fact a safe room. But every time you exit back into the Workshop the Mimic will respawn once again.

So we are searching for 5 missing parts of the suit. It’s head, arms and legs. You can pick whichever order you prefer but all must be collected

FINDING THE MISSING HEAD

To find the missing head you will want to enter the Workshop and make your way upstairs. Here the head will be hanging from a hook. Use the nearby lever to lower it. Then return back downstairs again. Keeping aware of the Mimic and its location. Remember to use the toy mice to help distract our pesky killing machine away from us. Then head around and behind these stairs. There will also be chains hanging from the ceiling too. Walk into those and you will likely distract the Mimic to your location.

locating the missing head piece for the suit before heading to the theater

Look up behind the staircase to find our missing head. Interact with it to collect it and return back to the suit. You can only carry one missing suit piece at a time, so don’t bother searching for the others just yet.

RIGHT LEG PIECE

After successfully finding and placing the missing head onto the suit, we can begin our search for the next piece. The right leg. Which we can find if you return back to the Workshop and head to the back of the room. Here there will be another set of stairs. Also in this small area is another box of toy mice. Attached to the wall next to us is the missing right leg. Remember this location though as our next missing piece is near here too

Return to the suit with the missing right leg and insert it. 3 pieces remain..

THE MISSING LEFT ARM LOCATION

Okay, lets return back to the Workshop. Always remember that the Mimic can and will respawn every time you re-enter this room. Be on the lookout. Now head back to the staircase where we found the Right Leg and head on up. Follow this staircase up and around. They will then take you back down again.

collecting more missing suit pieces in the workshop detour before the theater

Down here there will be a large red door. Next to this door is a lever. Interact with it to open the said door. Here we can find the left arm. It stands on a small display. Before collecting it though you will want to unlock and open the nearby gate. This takes us back to the main area of the Workshop.

With the gate now open we can collect the missing left arm and insert that into the suit too

THE MISSING RIGHT ARM IS NEXT

Okay, we now only have 2 missing pieces left to find. One of which is the right arm. Return back into the Workshop. The missing right arm is actually an easy find. It sits on the wall next to the nearest staircase. Right outside the open doorway.

It will be hooked next to one of the rabbit puppets. By the wall near the first staircase

LASTLY THE LEFT LEG

Return back to where we managed to find the missing left arm. Which was up and down the second staircase. Search the wall here for another display. This time featuring our missing left leg. Collect it and lets finish repairing the suit

WE HAVE A NEW SUIT

With all of the missing pieces now been found we have a new suit to play with. But first! Return back to the computer terminal next to Mrs. Helpful. Interact with it and choose the ‘Energize Springlock’ option. Now our suit can be used and we can ride around in it, cool eh?

Once inside the suit you will want to look in front of you. In front of you there should be two white footprints. This indicates a lift area, specifically for our new suit. Keep this in mind as we continue. Ride this lift into the next area. As you continue on the power to the room will turn off. Great. Not only that but the Mimic is also up here too. Thankfully, whilst in this suit it doesn’t really detect us and we are safe to explore. For as long as we remain in this suit anyway..

So continue on past the Mimic and into the next area. At the end of this path there will be a small vent. We now have to exit this suit and crawl through the vent. On the other side there will be, yet another, puzzle that we are so used to at this point. However, its missing one of its cranks. Worry not it actually just sits on the nearby table next to us. No problem. Collect it and insert it to begin solving the puzzle.

TO THE FOXY THEATER

With the puzzle solved we now have power to the area. However, we can no longer return back through the vent. The devs didn’t give us a jump command command. So there is no exit back through those vents. Instead turn around and climb the piles of rubble and boxes. On the other side is a door we can crawl under.

However, here is also the Mimic. Doing its usual patrol of the area. You will want to wait until it appears and follow it from behind. Try not to get caught as you make your way back to the suit. Keep your distance and use the freely available nearby lockers if necessary. To hide in.

following the mimic as we approach the foxy theater

Once you have successfully managed to return back to your suit. Prepare to head back out again. There will be another lift or set of white footprints on the ground that we can use. This will take us up and into the next area. We are almost at the Theater.

THE LOADING BAY BACKSTAGE THEATER

We are now in the backstage area of the Theater. I guess you can call it the loading area, too? Well whatever. For now this area is free and safe to explore. There is a computer terminal with an Inventory Station nearby if you need to use it. Otherwise ride your suit to the entrance of the vents leading down.

If you look up you should be able to spot a bridge platform above. Its currently hanging by some chains. This is our only path for the suit to cross but we cannot lower it right now. So, instead, look through the vents. Whilst still in the suit. There should be a small target marker you can aim and shoot. Do so. It will then give us access through the vent. Exit the suit and crawl through to the grounds below..

our final step before the theater is the loading bay and lowering a bridge

Continue on along this next linear path. The Edwin announcer will kick in and start talking about television entertainment. Turns out this is actually the Television Studio area. Nice.. Anyway continue on as normal. We will get a small jump scare from a white tiger. Nothing to really worry about.

To the right here is a small cabinet locker. Interact with it and take the cd disk inside of it. We can use it later. Then ride the lift up to the area above.

PLATFORM PUZZLES IN THE FNAF SECRET OF THE MIMIC THEATER

Once at the top here there will be a small puzzle for us to solve. Basically you want to interact with a small crane and use the screen on the bottom left. Place these wooden platforms and create a platform for us to, then, cross. But these platforms cannot cross each other. They also cannot go over any gaps. So you will want to interact with the platforms at the top first. The ones furthest away from us and work your way down.

solving the platform puzzle to lower the bridge and reach the theater

Remember to use the small screen on the bottom left for guidance. Then, once done, we can cross over to the other side. The swinging bridge we need to lower will be back in view once again. That is our current objective. To lower this bridge so that we can ride the suit out of this area.

To do that we can find a few levers up here that we can interact with. Doing so will lower the bridge. At least a bit further. We seem to be missing a third lever to fully release the bridge properly. No worries. Return back to the suit. We can use the lift up here to ride back down again.

Once back at the suit look up and towards the dangling bridge. You will find a target marker you can aim and shoot at. Do so and as long as the other levers have been interacted with, the bridge should, now, drop down completely. Store the CD Disk we got earlier, if you haven’t already. We won’t need it until later. Anyway with the bridge, now, down, this will allow us to ride the suit across and to another lift at the end. Ride the lift up and to the next area. Where we will be taken to a small theater and stage performance involving a familiar character, Foxy.

THE FOXY ON-STAGE THEATER PERFORMANCE INVOLVING PUPPETS

Up here the Stage Manager will inform us to aim and shoot the target marker opposite us. Do so. This will activate an on-stage performance. One which actually involves the character Foxy. Who is one of the well known characters throughout the FNAF series. The on-stage performance basically tells the story of the sea captain and his birthday. Which the rest of the crew happened to forget about. So they urgently try to think of new present ideas.

During this little Foxy related theater and stage performance you will be tasked with aiming and shooting at various markers and targets. All whilst small puppets appear to try and get your attention. To complete this section you actually want to ignore these random puppets that appear. All they do is try to distract you from your real objective. So ignore them when they appear. Instead focus your attention on the targets that appear.

If you look opposite your current position you should notice and see a small scoreboard. A few of which read Bravo! and Boo in various different colours. You want to try and score enough points to keep away from the Red/Boo scoreboard and aim towards the Blue/Bravo! instead.

There are several ways to loose points as well as gain them too. You can loose points by aiming and targeting the random puppets that spawn in your face. You can also loose points by failing to hit any target markers. Whilst you can score points by hitting actual targets.

If you, rather unfortunately, score and reach the negative red scoreboard then you will hit an instant Game Over. Being forced to restart the entire scenario all over again. There are three phases to go through involving the Foxy theater stage performance. With the last phase involving the Rocktapus character. When he appears, be sure to aim for the tentacles.

THE FOXY THEATER BUILDING COLLAPSE

During this entire eventful Foxy stage and theater performance you will, undoubtedly, notice that the entire building is slowly collapsing. Eventually it will give away entirely. Forcing you to fall into the abyss below.. Down here you will be introduced to Dollie and her Doll themed Hospital.
