Much like Lethal Company, locations in REPO are anything but safe. These areas won’t let players loot in peace as monsters lurk around, ready to attack or even kill without warning. So, if someone on the team goes down, is there a way to bring them back? Here’s how to revive players in REPO.
How to revive players on REPO
To revive a friend in REPO, the first step is to locate their corpse and their head. Drag the body into a cart while looting or bring it straight to an extraction point.
However, simply reaching the extraction point doesn’t revive them automatically. You’ll need to meet the required quota for that specific extraction zone. Once the quota is met, place everything including the head into the extractor, press the red button, and voila, your teammate is back.

This method is highly recommended, especially on higher levels. On tougher maps, multiple extraction points are required to complete a run. The more teammates alive, the easier it’ll be to hit quotas and carry heavy, high-value items together.
If the quota isn’t met, your teammate stays dead. You’ll need to head back out, look for valuables and scavenge more until you’re able to extract properly.
Alternatively, after completing all extractions for the run, you can bring your friend’s hands back to the truck and it will still revive them.
Once revived, players return with only 1 HP. They’ll either need a teammate to donate some health or head back to the truck to heal because even the weakest enemies can take them out in one hit. Learned that the hard way.
Can you revive players without taking their heads?
Yes, you can.
After completing the run, everyone, including the dead, returns to the service shop. Once revived, they’ll come back with just 1 HP, so they’ll need healing right away.
