The Oblivion Stellar Blade Side Quest becomes available after the completion of the Altess Levoire mission. Upon returning to Xion’s entrance, you’ll encounter a young girl who will present you with a Request Letter document. This document outlines the task at hand – to drain the flooded Commercial District and investigate the Warehouse 77 in Petelos Plaza, which can only be accessed once the water has been cleared.

To reach the Commercial District in Stellar Blade, more efficiently, consider fast traveling to the Abandoned Station waypoint and taking the train to the sector. This will save you time and effort in traversing the vast expanse of Eidos 7.
Draining the Flooded Commercial District
Once in the Commercial District, head to the left side of the main bridge, where you’ll find ledges that allow you to cross over to the other side. Here, you’ll locate the terminal that controls the flood. With the Request Letter document in hand, you can now activate the terminal and initiate the draining process.
Uncovering the Legion Crate
As the water recedes, you’ll notice a locked Legion crate hidden within the Field building. To access this crate, you’ll need to locate the nearby robot that contains the passcode. Defeat the robot and retrieve the code to unlock the crate, revealing valuable Extreme Polymer materials.
Exploring the Grill Restaurant
While making your way down, be sure to stop by the Grill restaurant building, where you can find an Elixir Carrot can hidden inside.
Entering Warehouse 77
Once the Commercial District is drained, head to the entrance of Warehouse 77. Defeat the enemy standing guard before stepping inside to investigate the six dead bodies scattered throughout the building. Piecing together the clues will help you understand the events that transpired here.
Reporting Back to Xion
With the investigation complete, return to Xion and report to the young girl that the job has been done, bringing the Oblivion Side Quest to a successful conclusion.
