The Stellar Blade Keeping Secrets side quest becomes available after completing the Looking at You side quest and turning in the second Hyper Drive. Find Enya in the Last Gulp in Xion to begin. This quest takes you from Xion to the Wasteland in search of Su, who has gone missing.
Searching Xion
When speaking with Enya, she’ll tell Eve that she hasn’t seen Su, and Bo, a friend of Su’s, said he was seeing someone else. She asks if Eve will look around for her and find out what’s going on. Eve agrees.
Leave the Last Gulp and you’ll find Bo straight ahead, marked by a green marker. He tells you that he hasn’t seen Su either and gives you no lead. Speak to Kaya at Sister’s Junk and ask her about Su’s whereabouts. She informs Eve that Su was looking for a lower-body exospine system and she told him to look near the Solar Tower in the Wasteland.
The Five Traces
Your next objective is to head to the Wasteland. You can go to the nearest payphone to fast travel to the Wasteland. The Keeping Secrets quest marker is west of the Barren Land Legion Camp. Enemies dot the Wasteland, so you’ll have to proceed with caution and either sneak, fight, or run away from them.
Once you reach the search area, the prompt “Go to the Solar Tower” appears on the screen. Once you defeat the enemies in the area, your next goal is to search five different locations for a trace of Su. There are markers in each location, so they are not too difficult to find. By scanning, the marker will appear when you are close enough but some areas are occupied by Hedgeboars and you’ll have to defeat them.
Each search area contains a clue.
- First trace of Su: Hedgeboars next to Su’s weapon. Located next to the stacked cargo containers.
- Second trace of Su: Su’s weapon. Located next to stacked cargo containers and Hedgeboars.
- Third trace of Su: Hedgeboar corpses. Located next to an old school bus.
- Fourth trace of Su: Search Record written by Su. Located near the broken gate and covered boxes next to the cliff
- Fifth trace of Su: Investigation Journal. Located next to a pile of rubble behind the old school bus.
Once you’ve found all five traces, your next step is to head to one last location to determine if Su survived his fight against the Hedgeboars.
Finding Su
Next, head to the marker at the bottom of the cliff to determine Su’s current location. Once you’ve neared the area, scan for traces of Su, and a marker saying “human” will tell you his location once you’re close enough. The marker is inside rubble and it’s surrounded by Hedgeboars and other enemies that you must fight in order to reach him.
Su is located deep inside an opened cargo container. When you talk to him, he’ll tell you that his right arm was injured and he had no way of making it back to Xion. He came to the Wasteland to find parts for Enya’s legs and Eve convinces him to head back to Xion to see Enya.
You’ll spawn back inside the Last Gulp and Eve tells Enya what Su’s plan was. When they’re reunited, Enya is hurt, angry, and grateful. She tells Su that walking means nothing if she doesn’t have him.
Stellar Blade: Keeping Secrets Side Quest Rewards
After finishing the Stellar Blade: Keeping Secrets side quest, you’ll be rewarded with XP, 1000 Gold, 1x Lingering Potion, and 2x Highly Concentrated Potion. You’ll also earn the silver trophy called Beyond Fate
