How to Change the Sparkling Type in Aniimo – Changing Sparkling Colors

Aniimo

In Aniimo, you can get Shinies or Sparkling Aniimo by using a Sparkling Cube, catching Sparkling Aniimo, or hatching a Sparkling Egg. Sparkling Aniimo come in different types, though, and the one you get is completely random. So, if you happen to receive a Sparkling Type or color that you don’t like, you can simply change it! Here’s how to change the Sparkling Type in Aniimo and alter its Sparkling colors.

How to Change Sparkling Colors in Aniimo

Players can change the appearance of any Sparkling Aniimo they currently own by using a Sparkling Pigment. This item lets you reroll the Sparkling color or appearance of an eligible Aniimo without needing to catch another Sparkling version.

After purchasing a Sparkling Pigment, open your Inventory and look for the item under Aniimo Items. Select the Sparkling Pigment, then choose the option to use it.

A list of the Sparkling Aniimo you currently own should then appear on the screen. Scroll through the list and select the Sparkling Aniimo whose appearance you want to change. From there, use the Sparkling Pigment and confirm your selection.

Once confirmed, the Sparkling Pigment will be consumed and the selected Aniimo’s Sparkling appearance will change. Note, though, that the new Sparkling color is randomized, so you cannot directly choose which new color you will receive.

Starting from Version 1.1, however, Sparkling Hue customization will become much more flexible. Once you have unlocked multiple Sparkling Hues for a specific Aniimo, you will be able to freely switch between the hues you have already obtained, including its original Prismana Hue.

Keep in mind that Sparkling Hues are not shared between different Aniimo. For example, unlocking a green Sparkling Hue for Pawney will not automatically unlock green for Glacy. You will still need to obtain that Sparkling Hue separately for Glacy before you can switch to it.

How to Get Sparkling Pigment in Aniimo

You can get Sparkling Pigment by exchanging 5 Sparkling Sigils at the Outpost Vendor. Open the Shop, go to the Corner Shop tab, select Exchange, then open the Outpost Vendor’s Item Exchange. From there, you can trade 5 Sparkling Sigils for one Sparkling Pigment.

Sparkling Sigils are mainly obtained by catching Sparkling Aniimo and submitting them through the Aniimo Report. Each Sparkling Aniimo you report will give you one Sparkling Sigil, so if you’re starting from zero, you’ll need to catch and report at least five Sparkling Aniimo to get enough for one Sparkling Pigment.
