Cyberpunk 2077 has many different and optional side quests or in this case Side Jobs that you can attempt to complete. One of which is Epistrophy
Side Jobs are often unlocked through talking to various NPC characters and/or getting random messages.
This specific quest involves chasing down several Delamain Cabs
- LOCATION: Heywood – Vista Del Rey
- QUEST GIVER: Delamain HQ
- PREREQUISITE: Complete Side Job Quest – Human Nature / Tune Up. Complete The Heist (Story Related)
#1 – EPISTROPHY: BADLANDS
This Delamain Cab can be found in Santo Domingo (Rancho Coronado). In order to actually be able to reach the car you are going to have to head through the rubbish (obviously it is a junk yard with rubbish spreading for miles)
When you finally get through the trash heap the car will automatically open it’s doors. Proceed to sit inside of it and continue to ask it questions until it agrees to return back to the Delamain HQ
#2 – EPISTROPHY: COASTVIEW
This one can be found at PACIFICA – COASTVIEW. As soon as you see the car keep following it and you will notice that GlaDos from the Portal game series has taken control of the car ha!
Anyway keep on the car’s tail
When the car stops be warned that you don’t want to be right up the car’s backside as the area it arrives in will consist of many enemies, after GlaDos *cough* I mean the Delamain Cab is done talking of course! So be ready for a gunfight.
#3 – EPISTROPHY: NORTH OAK
This next one can be found at Westbrook – North Oak. The Delamain Cab will be continually going around a roundabout, feeling rather depressed and somehow terrified of public transport.
Your task is to hop into the Delamain Cab and drive it back to the HQ, whilst also trying not to go too fast and avoiding damage as much as possible.
#4 – EPISTROPHY: NORTH SIDE
This next cab can be found at WATSON – NORTHSIDE. The cab will be hidden in a small area behind a fence and amongst buildings.
As soon as the cab spots you it will quickly flee the location, follow it until it eventually crashes and stops.
#5 – EPISTROPHY: RANCHO CORONADO
This one can be found at SANTO DOMINGO – RANCHO CORONADO. This little cartastrophe seems to have a phobia of Flamingo birds.
We now have to go around and find 8 Flamingo birds. Once you find them destroy them by any means necessary.
#6 – EPISTROPHY: THE GLEN
This one can be found at HEYWOOD – THE GLEN. You can spot the cab on the side road.
Apparently the car wants to commit suicide. Try to convince it from doing so in order to complete this one.
#7 – EPISTROPHY: WELLSPRINGS
The final cab can be found at HEYWOOD – THE GLEN. This cab is in a foul mood and will need destroying.
However, the only method that I have actually found to actually do any sort of damage to it is to use weapons such as Grenades and Guns. I literally sat for quite a while playing bump-a-cars with it to no real avail.
