The Dire Beastbone is a material in Eiyuden Chronicle Hundred Heroes, it can be found in a few locations throughout the game. Two of the main places where you can acquire this material are actual dungeons. One such dungeon is The Den of the Dunes, located in Impershi’arc.
To access The Den of the Dunes, head north from the entrance of Impershi’arc until you encounter an NPC named Quinn. She will then move to the eastern side of the town. Speak to her there, and she will transport you to The Den of the Dunes. Explore the area and check the fossils and bones gathering points to find Dire Beastbones.

Another location where you can find Dire Beastbones is Bounty Hill, a dungeon near your castle. Once you arrive in Impershi’arc, the second section of Bounty Hill will become accessible. Explore this area to uncover more fossils that may yield Dire Beastbones.
Using Pastole To Maximize Rewards
If you want to maximize your Dire Beastbone yield from each gathering point, consider putting Pastole in the Support slot of your active party. Pastole’s abilities can increase the amount of resources you obtain while gathering.
In addition to dungeon exploration, you can also obtain Dire Beastbones from the Mission Guild. However, in order to build the Mission Guild, you will first need to acquire at least one Dire Beastbone from either The Den of the Dunes or Bounty Hill. Once the guild is constructed, select the Patrol Mines option and send out a party. After waiting for approximately 30 minutes, your expedition will be complete, and you will receive more Dire Beastbones.

Dire Beastbones have various uses within the game. One of the first things you’ll want to do with these materials is build the Mission Guild. The Mission Guild allows you to send characters on expeditions to gather items, providing you with valuable resources and materials.
Other uses for Dire Beastbones include upgrading your fishing rod to make catching rarer fish easier, raising the yield of fishing spots, purchasing Promising Eggs from Paquia at the Stables, and unlocking the Hero’s Proving Grounds by building the Mysterious Room.
