Having the right kind of weapon is just as important. Here’s what we recommend when you’re facing Dukmar:

  • Judge’s Hammer: A Level 4 Epic Melee Weapon that’s effective against armored enemies.

  • Wildfire Mortar: A Level 3 Rare Firearm that spits out shells that spread fire 6 meters.
  • Hand Mortar: A Level 2 Uncommon Firearm that spits out shells that explode, damaging enemies caught in the blast.

For Enki:

  • Life Surge: Triggers a flurry of magical attacks against enemies for 8 seconds within 8 meters.

Strategies to Beat Dukmar

Start off the fight by parrying Dukmar’s regular attacks. When he stabs his sword into the ground, jump into the air to avoid the damage he deals through the ground. Dukmar begins to glow ride right before he swipes his sword down and then to the side. Jump back to avoid this attack or parry.

His next big attack comes soon after. He begins to rise into the air and does a laser beam attack, which will kill you in one hit. You can throw a Ripper Grenade at him and actually knock him out of the attack. If you don’t have any, or miss, your best bet is to dodge. Having the Poised Shot skill to interrupt his attacks is a big help too.

Get in and attack Dukmar’s legs, jumping, dodging, and parrying when necessary. He repeats these same attacks during the first phase of the fight. When he has about 3/4 health left, he does three slashing attacking from a distance. These cannot be parried and must be dodged. His ground-stabbing attacks are also more powerful and come in twos, but you can jump to dodge these.

His attack patterns stay more or less the same throughout the fight, but they get more extreme the lower his health fets. For example, by the time he has 1/4 health left, he performs four ground-stabbing attacks rather than just one like he did in the beginning.
