Phantomilians are residents that have been trapped. There is said to be a total of six Phantomilians to be found throughout each vision. Visions are technically the missions within the game. Getting them all will net you with the Hero of Phantomile trophy achievement (Save dreamers from their nightmares)
They are one of the many collectibles within the game and look like little musical note bubbles. Although some Phantomilians can also be found inside Ngapoko eggs
When you have successfully managed to find a Phantomilian the game will then indicate how many you have left to find. The game will indicate this by showing a small collectible picture.
This specific guide will help you locate all 6 Phantomilians located within Vision 5-1 (The Four Orbs)
PREVIOUS VISION: Vision 4-2
PHANTOMILIAN: #1
GUIDE: The first Phantomilian can be found by heading through the doorway to the bottom left, once we gain control of Klonoa. (On our way to getting the red orb)
In this next area go ahead and ride the lift and follow the path to the collectible.
PHANTOMILIAN: #2
GUIDE: Continue on from the last collectible and you will reach the fire section. Ride the small platform here.
Once you exit the moving platform you will reach a springboard and the next collectible. Use an enemy patrol in order to throw and get your reward.
PHANTOMILIAN: #3
GUIDE: Again head through the doorway to the bottom left of the main orb room. Then from here keep going and ignore the doorway that took us to the red orb this time. Here there will be another path that will take us down instead. (It actually leads to the blue orb)
Ride the small platform to another platform with several Ngapoko eggs. The Phantomilian will be inside one of these eggs.
PHANTOMILIAN: #4
GUIDE: After collecting the blue orb head through the open doorway next to the orb. In this area there will be an Ngapoko egg. The next collectible is actually inside this egg.
PHANTOMILIAN: #5
GUIDE: This time we want to take the path on the bottom right of the main orb room. In this next area we will want to continue making our way towards the green orb.
Remember to keep hitting the blue switches that we come across in order to unlock the various currently locked doors. They will then turn red and allow us to progress on.
After activating two of these switches we will then want to head to the room at the top platform. Then continue through this room to the next area and to the Phantomilian.
PHANTOMILIAN: #6
GUIDE: Now we want to make our way over to the yellow orb. We can do this by heading to the bottom right passage, like we did in order to get the green orb.
As we head towards the yellow orb there will be a fire section. In this fire section there will be an egg, the collectible is inside the egg.
