The Final Gonk is one of the many available optional side missions. It can be found and collected whilst on the planet Mustafar.
This mission will involve escorting Gonkobo

GUIDE:
After completing the many other Gonk style missions, we can then find the final one in Mustafar Space. Simply speak with Gonkobo to activate it.
We, as with every other Gonk mission, will now have to escort a fellow Gonk. This time it is Gonkobo that needs escorting.
As this one takes place in space, things will obviously play a little bit differently. Our job is to keep close to Gonkobo by using the Speed and Boost options whenever needed. During the escort several enemy ships will arrive. Defeat the targets.
After eliminating threats and keeping track of Gonkobo, we can then complete the mission.
Both the Gonk Droid and GNK Power Cruiser will now be available to us for 35,000 and 500,000 Studs
