New Pokemon Snap has many different requests known as LenTalk Requests, this particular request sees you taking photos of Mightyena

The requirement for this specific photo is to get a photo of Mightyena howling

REQUIREMENT: Take a photo of Mightyena howling
LOCATION: Snowfields (Night)

DESCRIPTION: Mightyena howled at the sky after I took this photo. It was right when, uh… I forget
REQUIREMENT: Research Level 2
WALKTHROUGH:
As you go up the hill towards the area with the Mamoswine you should notice a Furret, aim and hit this Furret with an Illumina Orb. This will cause the nearby Mightyena to run and chase after the Furret
Keep following the chase and eventually they will finally go up a sloping hill. This will then cause the Mightyena to howl
