New Pokemon Snap has many different requests known as LenTalk Requests, this particular request sees you taking photos of Weavile
The requirement for this specific photo is to get a photo of Weavile looking at scratches
- POKEMON: Weavile
- REQUIREMENT: Take a photo of Weavile looking at the scratches on the tree
- LOCATION: Snowfields (Day)
- QUEST GIVER: Todd
- REWARDS:
- DESCRIPTION: Hmm, look at these marks… I’m willing to bet Weavile could decipher them
- REQUIREMENT: Research Level 3
- WALKTHROUGH:
- At the start of the course you should notice the Weavile towards the right section of the area. (Note: If it isn’t there then try to leave the course and do some others before then returning and trying again, might be glitched)
- Anyway when you do manage to see it your job will be to lure it towards the left side of the area using Fluffruit. Remember to boost if necessary as other Pokemon may come and block you, also if you find Weavile is eating the apples use the scan ability to force it to stop
- You need to lure Weavile over to the tree on the left, this tree should have several scratches on it
- As Weavile begins to look at the scratches be sure to throw an Illumina Orb at it and then another Illumina Orb needs to be thrown at the tree
- The scratches on the tree should then light up purple the same colour as the Illumina Orbs you just threw
- Take a photo of Weavile looking at the now purple scratches
