The requirement for this specific photo is to get a photo of Cacnea getting swept up

- REQUIREMENT: Take a photo of Cacnea being taken by the Tornado
- LOCATION: Sweltering Sands (Day)
- QUEST GIVER: Rita
- REWARDS: Blush 2 (Sticker)
- DESCRIPTION: I saw a Cacnea flying the other day! But Phil doesn’t believe me at all… I want to get a photo, but I haven’t had any luck so far..
- REQUIREMENT: Research Level 2
- WALKTHROUGH:
- As you slowly continue along the course you should notice a Tornado heading directly towards the oblivious Cacnea
- The Tornado will then sweep up the poor little Cacnea
- Take a snap of the Cacnea getting taken by the Tornado
