NieR Replicant Ver. Remake (2021) : Nightmares and Dust (Side Quest Guide)

The Nightmares and Dust is one of the many different side quests that you can find and complete within NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139 Remake 2021

There is a total of 70 different side quests in total and they can be found in various different regions as well as sections of the game.

The Nightmares and Dust side quest involves uncovering the mystery of the missing people

SIDE QUEST: Nightmares and Dust
REGION: Facade
STORY SECTION: Second Section
CLIENT: Masked Soldier
REWARDS: 20000 Gold
REQUIREMENTS: Acquire the Loyal Cerberus Key Fragment
WALKTHROUGH:
Whilst in Facade speak to the Masked Soldier to the left of the Facade exit
You will now learn that a number of people have gone missing in the sandstorms, it is up to us to find them!
If you haven’t already be sure to pick up the Royal Compass from the guard by the King’s room, this will help with travelling through the sandstorm
Now you can head out to the Desert to investigate!
The cause of the missing people happens to be a Shade, which you can find to the North of the Desert.
Report back to the Masked Soldier to end the quest, you will receive 20000 Gold for your efforts
