WALKTHROUGH:
This quest becomes available after completing the side quest The Fisherman’s Gambit 5
As usual speak to the Fisherman to learn what he wants catching next.
Turns out he wants x3 Sandfish
You can catch the Sandfish using the Lure which you can get for 100G at the Seafront Tackle shop
Then heading to the Facade desert and fishing there
With the x3 Sandfish caught you can then return back to the Fisherman to end the quest
