NieR Replicant Ver. Remake (2021) : The New Merchant In Town (Side Quest) Guide

The The New Merchant In Town is one of the many different side quests that you can find and complete within NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139 Remake 2021

There is a total of 70 different side quests in total and they can be found in various different regions as well as sections of the game.

The The New Merchant In Town side quest involves collecting some material for the new merchant

SIDE QUEST: The New Merchant In Town
REGION: Seafront
STORY SECTION: First Section
CLIENT: Resident
REWARDS: 10000 Gold
WALKTHROUGH:
To initiate this specific side quest you will need to head to the East side docking of Seafront
Here you will find a docked ship that you can board, do so
Speak to the Resident that is sitting on the table by the barrel
Apparently he is a new merchant but he is struggling due to a lack of materials
You will now be tasked with finding some materials including;
x10 Bundles of wool
x5 lumps of natural rubber
x10 Goat hides
Okay with our new shopping list let us begin, you can get these materials from the following locations;
NATURAL RUBBER – Material Shop (Seafront) for 700G
WOOL – Rare drop from the Sheep in the Northern Plains. Remember you can respawn the Sheep by leaving and returning once again
GOAT HIDE – Another rare drop this time of course from Goats. The Goats reside in both the Eastern Road and Northern Plains
With the shopping trip over with you can now return back to the Resident on the ship
After the next bit of dialogue leave Seafront altogether and then return back to the ship, you will then get more dialogue before the quest comes to an end
