NieR Replicant Ver. Remake (2021) : The Tangled Message (Side Quest) Guide

The The Tangled Message is one of the many different side quests that you can find and complete within NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139 Remake 2021

There is a total of 70 different side quests in total and they can be found in various different regions as well as sections of the game.

The The Tangled Message side quest involves relaying messages to the masked people

SIDE QUEST: The Tangled Message
REGION: Facade
STORY SECTION: First Section
CLIENT: Masked Soldier
REWARDS: 10000 Gold
WALKTHROUGH:
Whilst in Facade go ahead and speak to the Masked Soldier standing on top of the sand tower
It seems that in accordance with Rule 56,908 the masked people are tasked with interacting with others in order to strengthen community solidarity
We now have to pass messages around the town to various different recipients, the first person that we need to speak to is apparently guarding the left side of the exit
PERSON GUARDING THE LEFT SIDE OF THE EXIT – The Masked People respect their rules
THE KING’S RIGHT-HAND MAN (Basically standing by the King’s room) – The men of the mask work for the king
PERSON TAKING CARE OF THE CHILDREN (Stood by the rotating wheels) – Child care can be difficult
SOUTHEASTERN GUARDIAN (He stands on the ground floor by the stairs leading to the King’s room) – Only nobility may enter the treasury
SANDMAN (Look for the sand that seems to be acting as waterfalls. He will be in a group of 2) – Quicksand
After vising and sending all 5 messages to the correct people return to the Masked Soldier to end the quest
