Rerolling in gacha games has always been a thing, and a staple, and Persona 5: The Phantom X also includes this feature. No surprise there, given that its a borderline tradition. However, getting a 5-star character in P5X has a 1% chance, which is painful if there’s someone you’ve been aching to have. The gacha system can be cruel, and not everyone is lucky enough to bag their favorites.
Luckily, Persona 5: The Phantom X gives out early pulls in both Standard and Limited-Time Character Contracts, which you can use to get characters that can carry you through the early game. But if you’re not satisfied with who you pulled, rerolling might be worth considering. Here’s how to do it in this Persona 5: The Phantom X reroll guide.
How to Reroll in Persona 5 Phantom X
When you log into the game for the first time, you will be using a Guest account. This guest account can be discarded if you want to or you can link it to another account, which only shows how easy and convenient it is to reroll in Persona 5 Phantom X. This applies to both PC and mobile devices.
So, in order to reroll in P5X, you must first finish the tutorial and prologue of the game. Continue playing until you get to the part where you unlock “Contracts” or the gacha system of the game. Claim whatever you can get from mail, pre-registration rewards, level-up rewards, events and more. You should get over 30 golden tickets, some platinum tickets, and Meta Jewels.
Prioritize the Beginner or Newcomer banner. This one lets you do 10x pulls for the price of 8 Golden Tickets, up to five times. Plus, you’re guaranteed to get at least one of the five standard 5-star units in the game. After that, you can use all your Platinum Tickets and the rest of your Meta Jewels on the Limited-Time Banner.
Once you’ve got your results, decide whether to keep the account by binding it permanently or move on to another reroll. Just head back to the title screen, tap “User,” and either bind or delete the account.
If you choose to delete it, you can use another guest account and try your luck again.
