Here you will find a guide on how to achieve the Friends With Benefits Trophy / Achievement
What you need to do is complete various different missions for your companions, for the Trophy / Achievement you need to complete around 3 missions, one for each Camp.
What this means is that you need to complete one Companion mission during Chapters 2, 3 and 4. These are all missable, so be warned!
1) Five Finger Fillet – Lenny
CHAPTER ACTIVATED: Chapter 2
MISSABLE: Yes

In order to activate this quest, you need to first play some Dominoes in your Camp, this will probably be with a completely different companion. However, it triggers the option to play mini games which is what we need, so play at least one Dominoes game before leaving.
After this rest at your Camp until the option to play Five Finger Fillet with Lenny pops up on the map, it may take a while but as long as you stay around Camp and keep resting until the option appears, you should be good. It is a random spawn.
2) Home Robbery – Sean
CHAPTER ACTIVATED: Chapter 3
MISSABLE: Yes

This randomly spawns on the map, so be sure to hang around the Camp. For me it spawned during Chapter 3.
Eventually when it does Sean will want to go on a robbery mission, complete the quest to complete this one.
3) Hunting – Pearson
CHAPTER ACTIVATED: Chapter 4
MISSABLE: Yes

Another random spawn so be sure to hang around the Camp. Eventually it will spawn and you can complete it.
Pearson will be around the Lake, your goal will be to follow him around and collect Alligator Eggs.
4) Hunting – Charles
CHAPTER ACTIVATED: Chapter 2
MISSABLE: Yes

As with the rest, this is a random spawn so again be sure to hang around Camp. I managed to activate this during Chapter 2.
Charles will want to go and hunt several Bison, complete this which again is quite straight forward to have this one out of the way!
