When you have progressed enough in the game you will be taught how to craft items and equipment. There are tons of different materials that you can craft and one such item that you can craft is a Bastard Sword
In order to create a Bastard Sword you will need the following ingredients;
Gold: Excavated from Western Dakaav Tunnel
Ruby: Can be dropped from the Lava Golem in Trei’Kuran Dunes
Gelatinous Slime: The Slime monsters in Sohma (I forget the name of the dungeon there xD)
