How to Unlock Each Automaton
Techtite Automatons In Zelda Echoes Of Wisdom
Techtite is one of the first Automatons you unlock in the Automaton Engineer Dampé Side Quest. In order to unlock Techtite, you need two echoes, a Tektite Echo of any kind and a Mothula Echo. Tektite Echoes are located in the Hyrule Field area and Mothula Echoes are in the Gerudo Desert.
Toktorok Automatons
You unlock Toktorok during the Explosions Galore Side Quest. This Automaton needs a Octorok Echo and a Firework to unlock it. You can find the Octorok Echo in one of three locations, Jabul Waters, Hyrule Field, or Lake Hylia. A Firework is only obtainable through The Fireworks Artist Side Quest.
Gizmol Automatons In Zelda Echoes Of Wisdom
Gizmol is another Automaton that you can unlock during the Performance Artist Side Quest. You’ll need a Zol echo, which can be found pretty much anywhere, and a Prismatic Music Box. The music box is given as a reward for the Lon Lon Ranch mid-length course.
High-Teku Baba
You can unlock High-Teku Baba during the Endless Stomach Side Quest. This automation needs a Deku Baba Echo and a Steel Trap. Deku Babas are located in the Suthorn Ruins. The Steel Trap is a reward for beating Acorn Guy’s record in Hyrule Field.
Roboblin
The Roboblin is an Automaton that you can unlock during the Chop ‘Em In Two Side Quest. You need two items: A Sword Moblin Echo and Heirloom Katana. The Sword Moblin Echo is common pretty much anywhere. The Heirloom Katana comes from beating six challenges at the Slumber Dojo.
Goldfinch
The Automaton, Goldfinch, is obtained during the Get Rich Quick Side Quest. You need a Crow Echo, which is in Hyrule Fields, and a Golden Fan. To get the Golden Fan, beat the Radiant Seed stage of the Mango Rush challenge.
