In this Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom Final Boss Guide, we’re going over how to defeat the final boss of the game- Null. Null is a boss with long arms but you have Link fighting at your side. There are three phases to this fight.
Phase 1 Final Boss Strategy In Zelda Echoes Of Wisdom
Null will use its long arms to attack you, but they’re also the source of its demise. It’ll start by slamming an arm into the ground and creating a shockwave. Avoid the shockwave and use Bind to grab one of Null’s arms. Link will then break the arm. Null has three arms, so do this three times. Null will then become vulnerable, giving you and Link time to attack.
After a short period, Null will suddenly retreat into the walls. Immediately run to the middle of the room since it’ll attack from the walls with its new arms. Repeat the same strategy as before, Binding the arms and breaking them, to make Null vulnerable.
Null disappears for a third time and follows up with a miasma attack. It’ll create puddles on the floor and throw miasma at you. Avoid this and repeat the arm-breaking process.
Phase 2 Of Null Boss Fight
After you’ve broken the arms for a third time, the environment changes. You have to fight Null underwater. Summon echoes that can breathe underwater and equip Zora Scale and Zora’s Flippers to help you out. You also have an oxygen level to keep an eye on. Go to an air bubble if it starts to run low. Despite the change, use the same strategy to wear Null down.
Phase 3
When Null’s health gets low, you’ll end up back on solid ground. In this final round, Null has six arms and will also summon allies. It’s very similar to the first round, except there’s more you have to do. Let Link and your echoes deal with Null’s allies while you Bind Null’s arms for Link to break. Repeat this process three times. The fight ends with a quick time event to defeat Null.
