The Ambergris Amour side quest is one of many available side quests found throughout Trails of Cold Steel IV.
The quest is available during Act/Chapter 2 – Guiding Starlight
It involves finding Ambergris for a client
- QUEST NAME: Ambergris Amour
- CHAPTER/ACT: Chapter 2 – Guiding Starlight
- DATE: 8/20 – Sunday
- LOCATION: Merkabah / Titus Gate
- TERM: S
- CLIENT: Orvid
- REWARDS: Beast Flesh x10, Chitinous Shell x10, Clear Gelatin x10, Globby Fat x10, Hearty Powder x10, 5000 Mira, Thors Unity Rating Increased, Freddy1 (Profile Update)
- WALKTHROUGH:
- You will automatically pick this side quest up from the Merkabah ship as a basic tutorial into learning about the ships’ terminal
- This quest unlike many of the others is actually considered to be a Required Side Quest, meaning you cannot progress the story until it is complete.
- Anyway our first port of call is Titus Gate and the Rest Area in order to speak to the client, Orvid
- Apparently he managed to loose his precious ambergris which is a special ingredient that he likes to use, we now need to go and find it.
- You can find it in 3 different locations and the order in which you can search for it doesn’t matter, anyway you will find it in the following locations;
Parm Byroad 1
PARM BYROAD 2
OLD AGRIA ROAD
- After collecting the ambergris from all 3 locations report back to Orvid in order to end the side quest
- After completing the side quest be sure to speak with Freddy so that he can learn Make Magic Cuisine
