After speaking with Xiao the Healer, who appears to be having difficulty controlling his laughter, he will ask you to find the cure, which entails searching for three vials. How to Finish Where Winds Meet Cure for the Hollow Joy Quest

Start the quest by using the teleport in Crimson Cliff, then walk north until you reach the marked location. At this spot, Xiao the Healer can be found, seemingly having a hard time controlling his laughter.

To cure it, you must find three vials around the area.

Sour Vial

For the first vial, go to the marked location just south of Xiao’s position. Near the cliff, you’ll find a bird’s nest, and next to it, the Sour Vial. The nest is quite small, so keep a keen eye, as it can be easy to miss.

Fragrant Vial

The second vial is located southwest of the Sour Vial’s location. While the first vial may seem easy to obtain, the same cannot be said for the Fragrant Vial. Before collecting it, you’ll need to defeat a group of enemies. Once they are defeated, pick up the Fragrant Vial next to the pile of jars.

Smelly Vial

Finally, the Smelly Vial can be found just west of the second location. This spot is easier to spot, as a bear is visible even from a distance. Drop down, and you’ll notice the Smelly Vial next to the aggressive bear. You can either pick up the vial while avoiding the bear or use the Taichi ability to throw the bear into the destructible pile of rocks. The latter is recommended, as it can damage the bear and allow you to open the nearby chest to unlock additional rewards.

Completing The Quest

Once you’ve collected all three vials, return to Xiao the Healer and submit them. Completing the quest will reward you with Echo Jades, Qinghe exploration points, coins, and EXP.
