In order to unlock several hidden treasure chests and find more Murkrifts you will need to complete the Saronia Docks Bell Puzzle.
Unlocking all treasure chests and completing all Murkrifts will unlock the trophy achievement Treasure Liberator and All in a Day’s Murk
However, as already previously mentioned you will not be able to unlock those trophy achievements without completing the Bell puzzle.
You can actually solve the puzzle whenever you want to either on your first trip to the Saronia Docks or you can come back later in order to do so..
