As you stumble across Chapter 4 – The Dragon Of Yokohama you will come across a substory or side quest involving Sujimon
Once you complete that substory you will unlock the Sujidex App, which is basically a encyclopedia of different enemies and characters that you have come across.
You only need to fight these characters once in order to register them to the Sujidex.
