Yakuza: Like A Dragon has many different side quests or substories that you can try to find and complete, one of which is Certified Lover
This substory / side quest is triggered during Chapter 15 – To The Pinnacle
It involves giving Miyakoshi a bunch of Lilies
- LOCATION: Isezaki Iljincho, Vocational School
- QUEST GIVER: Miyakoshi
- CHAPTER: Chapter 15 – To The Pinnacle
- SUBSTORY NUMBER: 49
- PREREQUISITE: Pass 21/21 Vocational School Exams. Max out your Personality Stats
WALKTHROUGH:
- In order to trigger the substory you will need to complete 21/21 Vocational School Exams
- Another requirement in order to trigger the substory is to max out your Personality Stats. The easiest way to do this is to collect coins at the Dragon Kart and then purchase the book that Fujisawa holds
- Then head to Hamakita Park and to the Flowers 2 Go Van. Purchase 16 Bouquet of Lilies
- After doing all of that, proceed and head to the Vocational School and speak to Miyakoshi
- Give Miyakoshi all 16 Bouquet of Lilies. You will have to give them in sections for example the game will only let you give her one at first, then 5 and then finally 10. You can do it whilst not leaving the building though, it just requires you to talk to her over and over.
- After giving her all 16 a scene will occur and the substory will begin and then end. You really are not required to do much for this substory, apart from the exams and Personality Stats requirements.
