Yakuza: Like A Dragon has many different side quests or substories that you can try to find and complete, one of which is Certified Underdogs

This substory / side quest is triggered during Chapter 5 – The Liumang Man

It involves meeting up with Ikari who seems to be having job issues

LOCATION: Isezaki Iljincho, Daikokuten Street

SUBSTORY NUMBER: 11
PREREQUISITE: Complete a certain amount of Vocational School Exams

WALKTHROUGH:

In order to begin this quest you will need to complete a certain amount of Vocational School Exams
Then leave and return to the Vocational School in order to bump into Ikari who seems to be on the phone
As Ikari opens up to Ichiban some businessman come by and a fight breaks out
The substory ends after the fight
