This substory / side quest is triggered during Chapter 15 – To The Pinnacle
It involves racing in the Dragon Kart mini-game
- LOCATION: Isezaki Iljincho, Hamakita Park
- QUEST GIVER: Fujisawa
- CHAPTER: Chapter 15 – To The Pinnacle
- SUBSTORY NUMBER: 46
- PREREQUISITE: Win the Dragon Cup Grand Prix. Complete Substory 45
WALKTHROUGH:
- Head to Hamakita Park to the Dragon Kart mini-game.
- Complete and WIN the Dragon Cup Grand Prix
- Complete Substory 45
- After the race Fujisawa will reveal his true identity, act surprised everyone!
- This will now unlock the ability to race Fujisawa
- Race and beat Fujisawa in order to complete this one (Challenge Dragon Fighter)
REWARD:

- Rising Dragon Kart Unlocked
- Pop The Cork – Trophy Achievement
