WALKTHROUGH:
- Head to Hamakita Park to the Dragon Kart mini-game.
- Complete Substory 44
- Here you will notice a purple dressed individual (Jin) sat on a bench
- Challenge and beat Jin in a race in order to complete this one
- Substory 46 unlocked
REWARD:
- 300 Coins
- Dragon Cup Grand Prix Unlocked
