Yakuza: Like A Dragon has many different side quests or substories that you can try to find and complete, one of which is Fifty Shades Of Play
This substory / side quest is triggered during Chapter 7 – The Spider’s Web
It involves meeting up with a dominatrix
- LOCATION: Isezaki Iljincho, Red Light District
- QUEST GIVER: Dominatrix (Yumiko)
- CHAPTER: Chapter 7 – The Spider’s Web
- SUBSTORY NUMBER: 24

WALKTHROUGH:
- This is yet another one of those crazy substories
- Anyway as you get closer to the point of interest you will witness someone being bullied.
- Eventually Ichiban will chase off the bullies and we now need to make our way to the south of our current location
- Here you will witness a man walking away looking rather unhappy. Hmm, wonder why?
- After the rather odd scene, things get even more strange as we make our way to Koreatown and Fukutoku Park
- Here the same man from before will be hitting his head against a tree
- When given the option choose the middle one, Mr Masochist. To increase your Intellect by 10
- Mr Masochist will then introduce himself properly as Sota Makinohara
- Choose the option Sure, I’ll punch you when you get the chance. This will result in a fight against him.
- During the fight just use normal attacks as you cannot do any damage to him, thus it will just be a waste of MP otherwise. Thankfully he cannot do any damage to you neither. The fight will end after a while so just wait it out until then.
- It seems the guy is still not happy and thus we now need to make a trip to the Poppo on Koreatown (South of the Park)
- Inside the shop you will notice Yumiko (the dominatrix from before)
- During the scene Sota’s mother will appear and Yumiko will then leave.
- After the scene go ahead and speak to Sota’s mother and tell her that Sota is currently at the Park (Bring Along)
- Sota will then get a lecturing from his mother
- As you leave the Park a scene will occur involving Yumiko being bullied once again.
- You will finally be able to teach the bullies a lesson once and for all!
- After the fight the substory will then end.
