There are many different trophies and achievements that you can unlock within (YK) Yakuza Kiwami, one of which is Death By Climax
Death By Climax requires players to complete all of the Climax Battles. The Climax Battles are usually fully unlocked after complete the story at least once, from there you can try to complete them.
These can become somewhat challenging at times too often requiring strategic thinking in order to complete, otherwise they shouldn’t be too difficult.
