There are many different trophies and achievements that you can unlock within (YK) Yakuza Kiwami, one of which is Goromi the Hostess
Goromi the Hostess requires players to meet the mysterious lady, Goromi. Goromi can be met quite early in the game after defeating Majima a few times and levelling up his meter.
Lets face it though with Majima dressing up as a woman, one does wonder what he will up to next..
Anyway this video shows the Goromi scene and how to get the Love Heart Meter to maximum, which isn’t actually required but as I love Majima so much it might not be mandatory for the trophy achievement but it is definitely required! <3
