Fields Of Blue is a trophy achievement that you can unlock within Ys IX: Monstrum Nox. It involves the player needing to collect all 100% of the Azure Petals.
Azure Petals unlike most other collectibles within the game such as Treasure Chests and Graffiti, isn’t noted on the map. Instead you need to search and find them yourself, well if you didn’t come to this site of course.

You can find this one on top of the rooftop

You should be able to spot this one on the platform next to the entrance to Cloaca Maxima

This one can be found on a building balcony

You can find two collectibles relatively close to each other, on the rooftops.
AZURE PETAL #6
This one can be found amongst the boxes on the rooftop of the building next to the store
AZURE PETAL #7
This one can be found on the platform above the last one
AZURE PETAL #8
This final one can be found sitting on the platform above the last dungeon
