Warehouse Stakeout is one of the many side quests that you can complete within Ys IX: Monstrum Nox
It involves finding a group of thieves. It can be found and completed during Chapter 7 – Capriccio of the Prison
- CLIENT: Count Edgell
- DEADLINE: Short
- PRIORITY: 1/3 (1 Star)
- REWARD: Pay For Performance, 8000 Gold
- LOCATION: Dandelion – Bulletin Board
- CHAPTER: Chapter 7 – Capriccio of the Prison
- WALKTHROUGH:
- Head to the Dandelion – Bulletin Board in order to pick this side quest up
- From there, head to the Noble District in order to find Butler Clint and Count Edgell
- Turns out that a pack of thieves are attempting to steal from the nearby buildings, it is up to our team to stop them. Thus in order to begin they decide to check out the nearby stakeout points
- The map will now show locations of these stakeout points, you will need to check out all 3 areas
- After inspecting all 3 areas a scene will play out. You will then need to chase the thief (Gaston)
- After successfully chasing down Gaston, another scene will play and the side quest will then end. You will be rewarded with 8000 Gold for your efforts

The Noble District warehouses have been frequent targets for burglary as of late
The nefarious culprits have proven capable of slipping by the Romun watch virtually undetected. I thus empathically implore the aid of those skilled enough to handle these ruffians.
