A Plague Tale Requiem – All Collectibles (Chapter 10) Guide
A Plague Tale Requiem has many available collectibles that players can find and collect. Collectibles such as souvenirs, feathers, flowers, and secret chests
Getting all of these will net you with the following trophies and achievements; Immortal Memories, Ornithologist, Herbalist, and Explorer
There are a total of 21 souvenirs, 7 feathers, 10 secret chests, and 5 flowers to find altogether throughout your adventures through A Plague Tale Requiem.
(Note: Finding the knifes are difficulty restricted, meaning you will need to be playing on a specific difficulty in order to find them. We will also need to refrain from using them if you plan on collecting the secret chests)

OBJECTIVE: Reach The Fort
GUIDE: This knife is located at a ruin, simply find this ruin and head upstairs. The knife is located on a barrel.
COLLECTIBLE: Tool Chest

OBJECTIVE: Reach The Fort
GUIDE: From the water feature go ahead and climb up a nearby ledge to reach the top of the ruin building. The tool chest is up here.
COLLECTIBLE: Feather (Raven)

SUB-CHAPTER: The Old Temple
OBJECTIVE: Reach The Fort
GUIDE: After using the chandelier to destroy the door, head down into the courtyard. The feather is located near the water.
COLLECTIBLE: Souvenir (A Rag Doll)

SUB-CHAPTER: Approaching The Fort
OBJECTIVE: Reach The Fort
GUIDE: After using the crossbow to pull down a wall we will then be able to climb the ledge up. From there turn and head right to inspect the nearby tree.
COLLECTIBLE: Knife

SUB-CHAPTER: Approaching The Fort
OBJECTIVE: Reach The Fort
GUIDE: Making your way towards the fort with all of the hangings, enter a ruin building on the right to find this knife on a wooden table.
COLLECTIBLE: Tool Chest
CHAPTER: Chapter 10 – Bloodline
SUB-CHAPTER: Approaching The Fort
OBJECTIVE: Reach The Fort
GUIDE: When you reach the fort with all the hangings, proceed into the ruin building on the right. Here we can find a knife. From there run up the stairs to the second floor, then crawl through the gap in the wall.
COLLECTIBLE: Secret Chest
CHAPTER: Chapter 10 – Bloodline
SUB-CHAPTER: In The Courtyard
OBJECTIVE: Use Sophia’s Prism
GUIDE: After escaping the rats head left and use Sophia’s Prism ability to help light the way across. Head inside the ruin building and up the stairs. The secret chest is here.

SUB-CHAPTER: In The Courtyard
OBJECTIVE: Use Sophia’s Prism
GUIDE: This tool is located inside the secret chest. We can reach this secret chest after escaping the rats and using Sophia’s Prism

SUB-CHAPTER: In The Courtyard
OBJECTIVE: Reach The Inner Courtyard
GUIDE: When you come across yet more rats and notice that they have been feeding recently, you will then want to proceed down towards these rats. Remember to use Sophia’s Prism.
Immediately head into the ruin building on the left, under the bridge. Then grab one of the fire torches and head back out again. The tool chest is just outside this building, to the right.

OBJECTIVE: Survive The Assault
GUIDE: When you are tasked with having to survive the assault make your way towards the steps on the right, to find the knife next to a wooden crate
