As you explore the quarantine zone and the surrounding areas in Atomfall, you will encounter several NPCs who can provide valuable information. If you talk to them long enough, you’ll discover that some sell useful items, including ammo, recipes, weapons, bandages, and atomic batteries. However, money holds no value here as everyone relies on the good old barter system.

All Trader Locations in Atomfall
In Atomfall, there are four regions, and each one has at least two merchants that sell a variety of items, tools, food, and weapons.
Slattendale Trader Locations
Molly Jowett is the first trader you’ll encounter in Slattendale, located at the Trader’s Camp (26.4E, 79.0N). She sells items such as a Metal Detector, Bandages, Pistol and Shotgun ammo, a Rusty Mk. VI Revolver, and Atomic Batteries.
Reg Stanfield is a trader found within the Slate Mine Caves. Items like Metal Detector, Burn Salve, Makeshift Grenade, Hatchet and Gunpowder can be received from him
Wyndham Village
Visit Morris Wick in Wyndham Village, specifically at a hardware store near the bakery (33.4E, 79.8N). After a successful trade, you can acquire First Aid Kits, Bandages, Grenades, and various weapons.
Head to the bakery (33.4E, 80.3N) to find Iris Baxter. Alongside combat essentials like a Hatchet, Knife, and Shotgun ammo, she also sells Cakes, Cornish Pasties, and Bread.
If you’re looking for Alcohol, Potatoes, Tomatoes, or even Tea, seek out Alf Buckshaw at the Grendel’s Head Pub (34.2E, 79.3N).
Casterfell Woods
In Casterfell Woods, you can find Billy Gorse at 21.5E, 89.6N. Trade with him to acquire an Atomic Battery, Bow and Arrows, a Consumables Manual, Herbs, a Poison Bomb, and a Sickle.
Mother Jago, one of the significant characters in the game, can be found at The Old Mine (26.7E, 92.2N). Interact with her to receive an Antidote crafting recipe, Antidotes, Tomatoes, Bandages, and Spores.
Skethermoor
In the final region, you can find Nora Thorndike at Nora’s Barn (41.2E, 78.4N). She sells Atomic Battery, a Nail Bomb recipe, a Shiv recipe, Makeshift Grenades, First Aid Kits, Sticky Bombs, and Molotovs.
Finally, Corporal “Bootsy” Hughes can be found at the Trader Camp (36.4E, 76.0N), near the fireplace. If you need Pistol and SMG ammo, a Rusty Mk. VI Revolver, Molotov Cocktails, Sticky Bombs, or First Aid Kits, he’s your guy.
