Bayonetta 3 – All Bewitchments (Side Chapter 2

Throughout the various mission chapters within Bayonetta 3 you will stumble across several unlockable challenges. These challenges are optional and there are usually 5 of them within each chapter. Unfortunately though it is not clearly evident as to what these challenges are, and what they consist of until you have at least completed the chapter once.

These challenges are known as Bewitchments. They usually feature all kinds of optional requirements. Some of which include having to destroy certain objects, find a way to climb the highest and tallest buildings, eliminate certain foes without the use of specific equipment and abilities. These requirements range in both variety and difficulty.

For the purpose of this guide we will be focusing on the Betwitchment challenges that can be found within the Side Chapter 2 – The Lynx Strikes mission chapter.

BEWITCHMENT: Find And Defeat Affinity
VERSE: Verse 1
GUIDE: Unlock the door that leads to the C-05A area. Just before the underwater section. Then proceed underwater. Swim to the left of the screen until you come across a ladder. Up this ladder there is a Heavenly Light. Defeat the foes behind it in order to unlock this bewitchment.

BEWITCHMENT: Collect All Halos Hidden Behind Closed Doors
VERSE: Verse 1
GUIDE: Just before you reach the underwater section and at the start of the chapter you will need to open all of the closed doors. These doors usually have a symbol on them and can be opened using the ‘ZL’ button. There is a total of 7 closed doors that all need opening.

BEWITCHMENT: Avoid Getting Hit By The Pursuing Cumulonimbus
VERSE: Verse 1
GUIDE: There are two sections where you will confront Cumulonimbus. The first section is just before the underwater section. Whilst the final section will be just after. Cumulonimbus is the large fiend that you can find occasionally destroying the walls. Avoid taking damage when it appears to earn this one.

BEWITCHMENT: Avoid Taking Damage Whilst Moving Through The Water
VERSE: Verse 1
GUIDE: This one should be easy enough to pull off as there is only the one underwater section. Just after the first encounter with Cumulonimbus we will then need to climb down a ladder. This ladder leads underwater. Avoid taking any damage whilst swimming underwater and make it to the next ladder safely to earn this next one.

BEWITCHMENT: Get A Rocket Launcher From The Supply System
VERSE: Verse 1
GUIDE: During the third and final encounter against Cumulonimbus you will want to grab a Rocket Launcher from the nearby supply system. This should be another easy one as the supply system is easy to find. Though, with that being said. There is a catch to this. The supply system runs through various different collectibles. From health and other different types of weapons. You will want to stop it when it shows a picture of a Rocket Launcher (the orange picture)
