Code Vein 2 Golden Blood Beads are collectible items that increase the HP regained from regeneration. There are 12 of them scattered throughout the game world.

All 12 Code Vein 2 Golden Blood Beads Locations
Finding all 12 Golden Blood Beads will count as progress towards the Unbreakable Bond trophy. This achievement requires you to collect all Golden Nectars and Blood Beads. Golden Nectars locations appear as map markers, so you will have no trouble finding them. However, Blood Beads locations must be discovered.
Blood Bead Locations 1 – 6
Golden Blood Beads Location 1 – MagMell Island
From the MagMell Island Central Area mistle, follow the road southeast and make a left. Drop down and head east to reach the Tower of Regeneration.
Golden Blood Beads Location 2 – Sunken City
Head northwest between the buildings, make a right, and enter the building. Take the stairs and follow the path up through the destroyed building. Mount the bike and launch from the ramp to glide towards this Code Vein 2 Golden Blood Bead location.
Golden Blood Beads Location 3 – Sunken City
From the Seized Substation mistle, go west through the forest, and continue along the cliff edge.
Golden Blood Beads Location 4 – Sunken City
From the Checkpoint Ruins mistle, head south, and then east, following the shore. Continue southeast through the water to find the Code Vein 2 Tower of Regeneration on the left.
Golden Blood Beads Location 5 – Corroded Scar
From the Miners’ Abandoned Village mistle, head west, and make a right. Follow the road west and drop down before the bridge to glide down. Follow the rocky path southwest to discover the Tower.
Golden Blood Beads Location 6 – Corroded Scar
From the Miners’ Rest Stop mistle, head southwest and you will immediately spot the location.
Code Vein 2 Golden Blood Beads Locations 7 – 12
Golden Blood Beads Location 7 – Undead Forest
From the Abandoned Farm mistle, follow the road northeast to reach the tower.
Golden Blood Beads Location 8 – Undead Forest
From the Abandoned Farm mistle, follow the road southwest, and go through the tunnel. Keep going and head up the ramp on the right, just before the second tunnel. Continue until you spot the Tower of Regeneration on the left.
Golden Blood Beads Location 9 – Undead Forest
From the Bureau’s Castle mistle, go northeast and then head south to discover the Village Beneath the Dam that hides one of the Code Vein 2 Golden Blood Beads locations.
Golden Blood Beads Location 10 – Insula Carcere
From the Upper Prison Area mistle, open the door and go down the stairs to arrive at the location.
Golden Blood Beads Location 11 – Sealed Grounds
From the Luna Rapacis mistle, go left and follow the road. When the road ends, glide towards the Tower of Regeneration.
Golden Blood Beads Location 12 – Sealed Grounds
From the Sealing Spire: Upper Floor mistle, go up the stairs and enter the large room on the left. Continue left and, at the top of the stairs, turn right. Keep going right and take the stairs on the left. Go through the corridor and pull the lever to create a path. Continue left and defeat the enemy to obtain the Cathedral Key. Use the ladder to return to the large room and open the gate on the right to reach the final Code Vein 2 Golden Blood Bead location.
