All these materials drop from Spectral enemies, however, the Spectral Tissue tends to have a lower drop rate than the other materials.

Lise is your Code Vein 2 Spectral Tissue farming buddy. She has a trait that increases the item drop rate from defeated enemies. Set Lise as your active partner and make your way to the Bureau’s Castle mistle.

Code Vein 2 Spectral Tissue Farming Start

Follow the road leading north from the mistle. Make a right after the barricade and pass through the Village Beneath the Dam area towards the Revival Point. Take the stairs up and enter the Frontier Observation Post. Follow the linear path inside the Frontier Observation Post until you reach the lever. Interact with it and take the elevator. You will reach the Frontier Observation Post mistle as soon as you exit the elevator.

The Frontier Observation Post is a great place to farm Spectral Tissue. From the mistle, head down the stairs and clear all the enemies. Then, go through the open door and take the stairs up to find more Spectral enemies. Follow the walkway and defeat all the enemies you encounter.

The bayonet enemies on the stairs seem to have a higher Code Vein 2 Spectral Tissue drop rate than the other mobs in this area.

Code Vein 2 Spectral Tissue Frontier Observation Post Ladder Mistle

Follow the stairs all the way up and then use the ladder to return to the mistle. Rest at the mistle to respawn the enemies and clear the Frontier Observation Post again. You can repeat this farming route as many times as needed.
