Crystal of Atlan not only offers intense combat mechanics and engaging adventures, but it also provides players with ways to express themselves. Starting from the default character, you can customize your outfit, hairstyle, and more to suit your preferences. Here’s how to change your appearance in Crystal of Atlan.

How to change appearance in Crystal of Atlan

To change your appearance in Crystal of Atlan, find the Traveling Merchant named Cici and interact with her.

Cici, the Traveling Merchant, can be found in the Lumiville region. You can access this after less than an hour of gameplay. To locate her, open the mini-map and look for the scissors icon, then track her location. Once you find her, press F to interact. You’ll be presented with several options: Dye Outfit and Change Appearance. Some classes may have additional customization options. Puppeteers, for instance, can also modify the appearance of their marionettes.

Dye Outfit

Dye Outfit is limited to select clothing sets. To change their color, you’ll need either Crystal Salt Dye or Crystal Dye, which allow for precise customization of your chosen outfit’s color scheme.

On the other hand, selecting Change Appearance allows for a full character overhaul. You can choose from six facial structures and adjust your skin tone to your preference. After that, browse a variety of hairstyles and unlock additional hair colors. Of course, new items will appear here as you unlock hair styles and outfits. To customize your outfit, tap the clothes icon and pick from several color options.

The cost of customization depends on the number of changes made, with prices starting at 500 gold.

If you’d rather skip manual customization, tap the dice icon to randomize your outfit, hairstyle, and skin tone. You can keep rolling until you land on a combination that suits your preferences.
