S TIER IN CRYSTAL OF ATLAN

Scytheguard is currently one of the best classes to choose, whether for PvE or PvP. It is the only class with team-wide healing abilities. In every co-op dungeon, she is always sought after, and it has become standard to have at least one Scytheguard on the team for sustain. Despite her support-centric skills, Scytheguard doesn’t fall short in terms of damage, making her viable even in solo PvE.

Warlock is one of the top damage-dealing classes in the game, thanks to his powerful AoE abilities. On top of that, he performs well in solo runs, as his kit allows him to heal through life steal while attacking. Additionally, he has decent mobility and, interestingly, can knock enemies into the air for easier clears.

Cloudstrider definitely has one of the best and most enjoyable playstyles in the game. She has two sets of abilities, depending on which stance she’s in. While she excels at dealing single-target damage, her high damage output allows her to clear enemy waves without much trouble.

PVE A TIER LIST RECOMMENDATIONS

Bounty Hunter is an extremely agile character who can shoot and rain down bullets from a distance. While she mainly excels at single-target damage, she makes up for it with her high damage output.

For those who enjoy swordsman classes, Magiblade is definitely a fun character to pick up. He deals plenty of AoE attacks, making it easy to clear enemy waves. However, for beginners, he comes with a bit of a learning curve. Becoming effective with him requires proper timing, positioning, and cooldown management to maximize his damage.

If you’re looking for a versatile character who also delivers massive burst damage, Gunner might be the one to pick. She specializes in unleashing elemental attacks that deal sustained AoE damage over time with her cannon.

B TIER PVE CLASS RECOMMENDATIONS

Berserker is a tanky DPS with impressive survivability. While he does lose HP when dealing damage, he’s far from easy to take down. Berserkers receive shields that absorb incoming damage, making them even harder to kill. However, despite his strong self-sustain, Berserker can fall behind other classes when it comes to overall damage output.

As the name suggests, Elementalist excels at unleashing multiple types of elemental damage at will. His arsenal is packed with wide-range abilities, making him great at crowd control. However, he lacks mobility and takes a bit of time to wind up his attacks, which can leave him vulnerable.

Blademaiden seamlessly switches between melee and ranged attacks with the help of her Marionette, who’s always by her side. She excels at dealing burst damage and has a variety of AoE abilities. However, one major drawback is her lack of self-sustain and mobility, which makes survival challenging, especially since her effectiveness heavily depends on proper positioning of the Marionette.
