DOOM Eternal : All Secret Encounters (Mission 10 – Nekravol) Guide

Game Guides

There are many different Secret Encounter ‘mini mission’ sections to find and locate during your adventures in Doom Eternal.
Unlike the ‘mini missions’ you get in order to obtain the Empyrean Keys, these encounters are mainly based on killing specific demons all within a certain time limit.

It can be tricky to kill these demons within the time limit too as there can be quite a few of them and some areas are rather small which means its easy to get slaughtered instead.

Anyway this page will cover how to defeat and complete the Secret Encounters that are found during Mission 10 – Nekravol. Nekravol has 2 Secret Encounters in total, one against a Baron and the other one features a Baron of Hell.

To be honest I’m not sure why I’m doing a guide for this one, as both of the Secret Encounters within mission 10 are actually really easy. In fact I had zero issues with them and completed them both on my first attempt.

However, for those who may be struggling then here is a quick guide..

The first one you will probably encounter will be the one against the Baron and a lone Zombie, for this one simply equip an Ice Bomb and lob it at the Baron as soon as it spawns.
With the Baron now frozen simply finish it off using any weapon that you enjoy using. As for the Zombie..yea..

Anyway moving on..

The final one for this mission will be the one against several Zombies and a Baron of Hell. Again you can use the same method as the last one and freeze him using an Ice Bomb and finish him using whatever weapon you enjoy using. Or just keep throwing Rocket Launchers in his face or cheaply use a BFG round to finish him, the choice is yours to make.
As for the Zombies…one of them looks like my younger brother..

Simple and easy just like the rest of the mission and considering how much of a pain I found mission 9 to be, it felt rather nice to be honest. A bit of a breather.
