There are many different Secret Encounter ‘mini mission’ sections to find and locate during your adventures in Doom Eternal.
Unlike the ‘mini missions’ you get in order to obtain the Empyrean Keys, these encounters are mainly based on killing specific demons all within a certain time limit.
It can be tricky to kill these demons within the time limit too as there can be quite a few of them and some areas are rather small which means its easy to get slaughtered instead.
Anyway this page will cover how to defeat and complete the Secret Encounters that are found during Mission 12 – Urdak. Urdak has 2 Secret Encounters in total, one against several Maykr Drones and the other is against a Pinky and a Doom Hunter
This one I found relative easy even though one of them is against a Doom Hunter. The first one you may encounter will be the one that features the Maykr Drones.
For this one there is also a Cyber-Mancubus so the simply strategy for this one would be to lob an Ice Bomb at both of the Drone and Cyber-Mancubus which can both be found at the bottom of the stairs.
After freezing them then just finish them off using a Rocket Launcher, the other Drones are relatively easy as they don’t have much health.
Simply defeat them using whatever weapon you deem useful and have put more effort into upgrading.
The other one will be the one that features the Doom Hunter. Since your in a corridor the most simple and easiest method for this would be to use a BFG round to at least finish off the Pinky.
It should also knock off the Doom Hunter from its Kart if not defeat him too, from there use a Rocket Launcher to finish the secret encounter.
