Doom Eternal can be rather frustrating at times can’t it? I mean there are tons of demons everywhere and they all need defeating but alas you only have so much health and once that runs out it’s unfortunately game over.
Thankfully the lovely game developers at id Software know that life can be tough at times and thus we can hunt and collect some much needed Extra Lives, we even get a lovely little trophy and achievement for doing so too.
As there are way more than 20 Extra Lives within the game getting this one shouldn’t be too much of an issue really.
In fact the earliest you can achieve this trophy achievement is during Mission 3 – Cultist Base.
Below are several videos and timestamps to go alongside them that will direct you to the much needed Extra Lives.
Getting at least 20 of them will net you the Extra Extra Lives trophy achievement. Though oddly enough I managed to get the trophy to pop on getting the 17th one, not sure how or why exactly perhaps it is a mistype on the trophy achievement write up.
Remember if you miss any for whatever reason you can also use the map teleporter just before you finish each mission.
