Nuisance in the Factory is another side quest that activates through story progression, it is first activated during Chapter 3 – Home Sweet Slum.
The quest itself requires you to defeat some Drake enemies that have decided to make the nearby Factory their home.

QUEST GIVER: Junk Dealer
ACTIVATED: Story related (Chapter 3 – Home Sweet Slum)
CHAPTER: Chapter 3 – Home Sweet Slum
REWARD: 500gil. Flew in from the Graveyard quest unlocked
REQUIREMENT: Defeat Lesser Drakes
LOCATION: Sector 7 Slums

After unlocking this quest you can then report to the Junk Dealer who will tell you more about the problem.The Drakes will be residing in the nearby Talagger Factory, it is by the Pillar Plaza.
Speak to Narjin here who will let you inside the Factory. In here you will see quite a few enemies such as the Gorger who are weak to Ice but the main enemies that you want to defeat here are the Lesser Drakes which are weak to Wind
All you need to do in order to complete this quest is to defeat all of the Lesser Drakes in the Abandoned Factory, there should be at least 2-3 packs.
